IKEA Wembley are looking to welcome a Order Pickers to join our hard-working fulfilment team.

As an order picker, you’ll be like a treasure hunter in our warehouse swiftly navigating the aisles/shop floor picking our customer orders ensuring our customers receive their goods with a smile.



WHAT WE OFFER

  • Start Date of employment will be: 2nd November 2024
  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.15 per hour.
  • 20 - 30 hours, working a variety of shifts and times, will include working 3 out of 4 full weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, all you will need is the motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to priorities and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team.
  • Due to health and safety regulations all applicants must be over the age of 18.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Efficiently picking and packing orders for customers.
  • Manual handling of heavy stock
  • Working safely with or around heavy machinery, such as, Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
